Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?  

Once your order has been processed in the system and previous to it being shipped a customer has the opportunity to change and/or cancel their order by contacting Customer Service. If the product has been shipped and a tracking number has been assigned. contact Customer Service [email protected] for assistance and guidance on how to handle the change and/or refund.

What if my package isn't delivered?

Check with the carrier using the provided tracking number first. Then contact the Customer Services team to work with you to determine the best next steps for replacing or refunding the customer.
