Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?

LifeRegen currently ships to all 50 States in the US, Puerto Rico, and other US territories. Yes, we ship internationally to Taiwan, China, and Hong Kong currently.

How long will it take for me to get my products once shipped?

All lifeRegen products are shipped from our distribution center in California. Once the order is placed it can take 1 to 3 days to process and package your order. International orders take longer due to distance. 

Once shipped it can take on average 3-5 business days to receive your lifeRegen order within the US, Puerto Rico, and US Territories. Business days are Monday - Friday. Once shipped, liferegen customers will receive a tracking number in order to track the progress of your package 

Does lifeRegen offer free shipping? 

Yes. lifeRegen offers free shipping on orders of 150.00 or more for Retail Customers, and $99 or more for VIP Customers and Business Partners. For orders under this amount, we charge the fallowing 

What if my package isn't delivered?

Check with the carrier using the provided tracking number first, then contact Customer Service. Our customer service team will work with the customer to determine the best next steps of either replacing or refunding the customer. 

Can I Ship my order to another recipient?

Yes, you can ship your order to any address you enter as your delivery address during checkout. You will receive an email receipt with the order details, while your recipient will receive the package.
