What is the Subscribe and Save Program?  

Subscribe and Save is a lifeRegen program that provides monthly shipments with an additional 15% discount.

This program is open to Retail Customers, VIP Members, and Business Partners. To participate you need to first create an account with your email address then you can shop and save. The day you set up your Subscribe and Save will be the date it will process with the products you chose each month.

How does the Subscribe and Save work? 

To set up a Subscribe and Save, you must first have an account with lifeRegen with a valid email address. 

Once you have set up an account, log in and then visit the SHOP tab on the website to pick your favorite items to be delivered to your home each month at a 15% off discount.

When you are shopping, on the right-hand side you will see your options and pricing for One-time purchases or Subscribe and Save purchases.

What are the benefits of joining the Subscribe and Save Program? 

There are two fabulous benefits to the lifeRegen Subscribe and Save program:

1. The convenience of having your lifeRegen products delivered to your home each month.

2. A 15% discount on the products you set up in your Subscribe and Save program

Can I change or cancel my Subscribe and Save subscription? 

Yes, you can change or cancel your subscription by simply emailing [email protected]  to let us know the changes or canceling your subscription. 

Once completed we will confirm via email with you. 

Are there any commitments or fees associated with the Subscribe and Save Program? 

There are no fees or additional commitments associated with our Subscribe and Save program.

Which products are available for Subscribe & Save?  

The only products that are not available for Subscribe and Save are those items featured in a limited-time promotional offer and enrollment product bundles.

What is the timeframe needed to change my subscription before the order is processed? 

To ensure your Subscribe and Save is either changed or canceled, you will need to make the change or cancellation 48 hours prior to the processing date. 

What is the return policy on Subscribe and Save products? 

Our standard return policy applies to Subscribe and Save products. Please note any refunds or credits will be issued for the purchase price paid and the 15% discount applied.

Is it a monthly subscription? 

lifeRegen Subscribe and Save is a monthly subscription service.

If I set up my subscription on the 31st of the month, what happens with my subscription the month that doesn't have 31 days? 

When setting up a Subscribe and Save for the last day of the month, then it will be processed on the last day of any given month. For example, if the month only has 30 days, the Subscribe and Save will process on the 30th.
